I just looked at MIT's Web site and yesterday the employee in question issued a public apology for misrepresenting her credentials. I guess you just never know about people. I feel kinda sorry for her. Kinda.
sad story but she did it to herself. i would feel sorrier for her if it happened beyond her control or someone did it to her, but this is really all on her, right?

How sad for her...all the good work she has done through the years and this will be her legacy.
I'm sure that her "misrepresentation of her credientials" was just and honest mistake. (yeah, right)
