Fitness factor escalates
Guess I'm not up to blogging. I just may have too many topics on my mind and can't sift through them to focus on something about which to write.

I have seen that photo before and it always makes me laugh. Of course, I'm a "stair person" since that's the only real exercise I get these days.
I'm thinking it is so that people won't tire themselves out before they get into the gym...isn't that also why people look to park as close to the gym entrance as possible? lol
