Sepia scenes ~ statuesque


This sits atop a statue in Paris. I have no other information! I took it from a bus window as we were touring.
Unfortunately I don't even have a photo of the entire monument, or else I would have posted it.

Wow! I do like it much more in sepia. It highlights the forms and details. Black and gold-uff! :) Maybe you'll get to see it again one day!

I get a Chinese feel rather than a French feel. :)
I like the sepia. It gave the fountain a richer look I think than the color. The color almost distracts from the detail.

I've never really had much of a desire to go to Paris but your photos of it have been making me change my mind. I'm sure that me and my Nikon would have a wonderful time there though I'd be editing pictures for months afterward!
