I love it! He seems to fit there just perfectly. Since Mary started this and I started looking I'm anxious to have spring come and do my flowerbeds. Only thing I have noticed - yard art is expensive for no more than it is. :)
Thanks for visiting my mushroom tree house. And, I agree it would be a perfect home for all of your gnomes.
I think your use of the birdbath base was very original and smart. I added a glazing ball to mine and it only lasted a few months before it got broken as well.
There is nothing "art-y" about my yard art right now. It's old and looking rather unloved. It's even worse since we moved because it's all sort of just thrown down beside the shed.
So how many gnomes are habitating in your yard? Seems to me like there's an entire colony of them there! Do they do the yard work for ya or just hang out and cause mischief??

Your gnome looks a bit surprised to find himself up so high. I love it! gotta make me concrete gnome.

This little gnome looks like he's so happy as he emerges from his under-the-earth abode!
What a creative idea! I love this gnome on a pedestal ;-)
