Ruby Tuesday

Well, this is it. Autumn's vibrant reds are disappearing.
The leaves of our Japanese maple tree at the bottom of the hill in our backyard are pretty much all on the ground.
It's time for that four letter word that begins with R. (Rake) Horrors.

This photo is of a weed tree growing out of/next to a stump. I don't want to rake. Help!

To see more Ruby Tuesday photos, visit Mary, The Teach, who hosts this fun meme.

Beautiful shots. I don't blame you, I so hate raking too.

Sometimes the weeds are just as beautiful as the non-weeds, aren't they?

As for that four-letter word you mentioned ... shudder!!

Ahhhh yes the deadly racking!!

pretty leaves though

our caport gets full of leaves when the wind is just right. kind of like a swirling vortex of leaves. it's pretty but a pain to sweep.
