I hope everything is okay. Sometimes I am hesitant to let it all out as well. The most privately stressful elements of my life remain stored away. I do wonder if madly typing about it and hitting publish would be therapeutic. Possibly. Sending hugs your way. =o)

I find that difficult as well -- it's easier for me to be flippant or whiny. I'm to lazy to spend the time to get anything serious out there.

As someone who tends to throw it all out there for the world to see on a fairly regular basis I've found the support of on-line friends to be fantastic and it really is therapeutic to write things down sometimes. At least I find it to be!
I envy those blog friends who let it all out, too. I'd suggest starting small...and get your feet wet. If the feedback is supportive, then you can wade a little deeper in.
Writing is cathartic. Follow your heart and write on.
Oh just do it....we won't judge you, if that's what you're afraid of. I write all over the place...I've got lots of notebooks filled with "stuff"...I know the first time I put my real feelings into my blog I was a little hesitant but you have no idea how much it helps.Peace and hugs.
