Christmas lights might be too easy a guess but I have no idea what they could be. They kind of look like DNA strands in color for Christmas. Maybe they are Santa's DNA.

It's a camera flash accident.
Ho Ho Ho!That was too easy. They are indeed Christmas lights. I bought three little pre-lit trees and stuck them in the ground.The next mystery will be more mysterious.P.S.Linda, we did buy some LED lights but haven't put up the tree yet.
Just remembered Linda, Ralph already talked about the new LED lights. I thought it was a good guess on your part.
All my Christmas light pictures seem to turn out all crazy shaky like that.
