Helpful kitchen hint #2

When pouring coffee, always put the milk or creamer in the mug first. That way when you pour the coffee into the mug it will be nicely blended and you won't need to stir it or dirty a spoon.

I couldn't call this a cooking hint, because one doesn't really "cook" coffee when one brews up a pot.

Can you guess I'm not too good in the kitchen? I do plan to get better at it, though.

Check back soon for more helpful hints from my kitchen to yours.

ha ha ha ha ha, you are so funny patti! be careful with this tip though, once in awhile the coffee will curdle the cream when you pour it hot!

I always put the milk in first and people make fun of that

someone actually told me it was a sign of "peasant" taste and sensibility

guess we're a couple of peasants Patti - works for me ;)

thanks for your sweet comments about the grand baby - I spent today cleaning the kitchen cabinets out to make room for all the "stuff" - tonight I think I will rest
