Guess who prevailed?(For reference see previous post)
I am writing this seated in a new, supportive desk chair.
And it was on clearance! The last one of this model at Staples! Already assembled!
We celebrated by spending a bit more money and getting some Chinese take-out.
You could say we are a wild and crazy couple.

Way to go Homer. Between Homer encouraging you to get the chair, and Rick giving Joan flowers on Monday, my DH better come up with something quick.
How fantastic that you were able to find a comfortable chair on clearance (that makes it so much better). Had you waited until tomorrow, who knows if it still would have been there. Now that you are more comfortable, I look forward to reading more of your posts.

That looks just so comfy and I hear that Homer was able to make good use of his van to bring it home, too! Already assembled no less! Even better!
