Sepia scenes ~ shadowy

It's moi photographing our neighbor, Libby, in our driveway.
Our two cats, Linus and Rigby, stay indoors. We want to keep them safe and sound.
And they certainly don't like it when I interact with (pet and talk to) Libby. They watch me from the front window and seethe. At least I imagine they're seething. Sorry, guys.

For more pictures of this friendly feline, see my post from Sunday.

To see more Sepia Scenes visit our hostess, Mary T, at the blog of the same name.

To see cats so friendly and relaxed like this helps to keep us calm! Love the play of light and shade in this one!

The little fella is looking for a shady spot. Any ol' spot will do. I'm sure he told you that you were not at liberty to move while he settled in. LOL

Sepia well done!

Not sure all the notes are exactly right, but.... :)
Nicely done Patti!

How cute Libby, the cat are relaxing in your shadow.
Our cats have always been both outdoor and indoor cats, like Elsa the lion, born free.
I can understand the problems with having outdoors cars though.

dear patti...we never let our cats out on halloween..in these days, there are way too many crazies out there.
in fact we keep our cat in all the time.
this kitty is really cute and the guys are at the window and being jealous, eh? i can just imagine their eyes are "green" with envy \!

I wonder if they're seething because Libby is outside and they aren't?

We've got several cats that hang out in the yard around here; the lady that lives in the apartment over the garage behind us is a soft touch for putting out food for them so they LOVE her house! There was even a perfect Halloween black cat out there today while I was raking but I didn't have a chance to get my camera before h/she took off.
