* Ruby Tuesday *

This is a weed, I know. But it produces pretty (possibly poisonous) red berries in the winter.

I played around a bit with the original (top) and decided to just post one of the other versions.

I made it with a blue hue as well, but that wouldn't fit in with the Ruby Tuesday theme now,
would it?

To join in, visit Mary, The Teach. She has a great blog!

Happy Ruby Tuesday.

The weeds at my house are about the only thing thriving. I get excited when they are colorful :0)
This is a great looking weed...

lol @ mimi's comment!

Isn't it funny how weeds can be so pretty.

Whatever you did the result is great. Better color, clarity.

You're gettin' good at playin' around.

Well for a weed it sure is purty! Just don't eat it!

Weeds are just plants with a bad reputation. I think it's pretty.

Both are beautiful shots! I love the red berries with the little bit of white snow! Thanks so much for participating in Ruby Tuesday... say hello to Airhead 55! :)

They look great, even if they are poisonous. The second shot is much clearer and brighter :O)

I've never seen that weed before -- or its berries. Nice one for Ruby Tuesday.

Our wild winter berries down here in Texas are Yaupon on the Yaupon plants. They are good food for the birds who have to compete with the humans who want to decorate using them.
In Texas, if the 'weed' has a flower it is a wildflower, most of which are cherished.
Happy Tuesday (Ruby Red!), thanks for peeking in on the telephone booth.
