The Journal Register Co., my employer, announced Saturday that it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. We expected it, but it's not something you want to hear. Please send some good thoughts for me and my co-workers.
i believe chapter 11 is reorganizing so maybe y'all will be fine. it's a way to have creditors take less over longer i think. good luck anyway, i hope it's okay for you...
I haven't understood perfectly, Patti. But I think it's a bad news concerning your work and your employer. We're hearing so many bad news here, too. Hope your company will be saved from bankruptcy. Best thoughts for your family.
Oh dear, I was afraid that might happen but maybe it's just that they are going to reorganize like Bee said and all will be well. Either way, I shall keep my fingers crossed for you and your coworkers. Big time!

Btw, I just noticed that you and Ralph are married. It's so nice to see two incredible creative people have joined forces.
