I have a sad story in the newspaper today.
On Sunday someone actually stole a sweet little rabbit from its indoor cage at our local nature center.
The rabbit was a gift to the facility in January, because he had a nice disposition and the person who gave him to the center knew he would be good with people.
The director told me the bunny's cage mate, a guinea pig, has been moping around, depressed that its friend is gone.
The staff has already received several calls from people offering them rabbits, but so far no word on the stolen one.

who would steal a rabbit when they are so easy to buy?? I sure hope whoever it was gets the guilts and returns it.
Oh dear...now who would do such a dastardly thing as steal a cute little rabbit??? Let's hope Bunny finds his way home pronto!
