It's almost worse than losing one's hair

I never thought much about them until I didn't have any. : (

I realize there are worse things.
And I know there are artificial ones I could get, or I could use eyebrow pencil.

But I prefer the real kind.

And they're not there any more.

At least with my head I can find a variety of chapeaux and scarves to cover up the few remaining strands of hair I have. And the wig option is still there.

But eyebrows and for that matter eyelashes (they are mostly gone too) are so visible, unless one wears large sunglasses to cover the blank areas.

Oh me, oh my.

OK, done whining for today.

Awwww... so sorry, hon. Why are we women so vane about such things? When I was little I was teased mercilessly because I had a uni-brow. I've plucked and plucked and plucked for so long now that mine are very sparse. Still annoying though.

Be a movie star or Jackie Kennedy and wear sunglasses out in public until they grow back.

Big, sparse uni-brow hugs xoxo

You are allowed to say what bothers you and it is totally okay, Patti.

It isn't whining to express your feelings, good, bad and in-between. It is being honest and being real.

You has no eyebrows?? I didn't even notice the lack of them last week! I guess it's that your smile always lights up your face so I never look anywhere else. Of course now you know the next time we get together I'll looking at your forehead!
