I missed a treatment last week because the doctor was on vacation and the other oncologist in the office is not authorized by my insurance or some such thing,
I was given the option to see a different oncologist in the medical group in another city, if I didn't want to miss a treatment.
But they said it would be OK to take a week off, so I did.
I believe this is number 7, but who's counting?

I feel fine, and for that I am grateful.
{Thanks for reading the continuing saga of my cancer journey.}

Insurance policies, rules and all make me crazy. I am very glad you have it though! And am so happy you feel fine through your chemo-light!
Big hugs xoxo

Glad you're still feeling good, even though the chemo is taking its toll on your coif. When my mother's hair came out during chemo, her hairdresser told her not to worry, he'd just shine her head up with an oily cloth! He could always make her laugh.
Insurance rules just drive me nuts. but, I sure am thankful to have it.
Glad it didn't hurt to miss a treatment and thrilled to death that you are feeling well thru this round.
Bless your heart..I just went to Cracker Barrel for lunch and picked up a big chunk of Divinity candy with pecans that I wish I could give to you. :>)
Glad you had a wee respite and hope today went well.
p.s. loved, loved, loved your scraps of paper with your kiddo's remarks/treasures.
:O)
