Straight out of the camera this morning ~ I've been watching these lilies under the front window grow for the past several weeks and today I got my reward!
Tiger lilies are a specialty of my mother. We will see them in a month. That also means our summer is a month shorter. This year it hasn't yet to show up. below 50 Fahrenheit all of May and likewise these first days of June. Oh, I am a little envious.

Beautiful, happy flowers. We see a lot of these along the roadways in PA, they always make me smile.
I love Tiger Lilies! I had bunched of them in my garden in Florida, but none here. I just love the scent of a lily!
