I love mums!
And reflections!
These photos were taken in Veterans Park in Ansonia, Ct. After I took a photo of the lamp post, as an example of the ones that are being installed along our Main Street, I realized I caught more shadows. The stately structure is City Hall, built in 1905.
As you can see it was a beautiful early autumn afternoon.

Ansonia is a lovely town - we just have to look around like you did. Veterans Park can be a sad place seeing all those names - yet mums and the new lampposts allow for beauty and joy, Nice post M'lady!

Mum's the word...for the day around here....everyone that came into the store today was either getting or had already gotten their mums for decorating (we're going out tomorrow to get some!) No pumpkins on my porch either Patti....the squirls love to make a messy meal of them ~ lol!!

The mums are perfect , but WOW ! on the lamp post scenario ... the shadow of the tree and its leaves is fantastic !
