Not quite done yet with my online journal. Today my radiation oncologist told me I didn't have to see her any more. Yay!
Not that I minded seeing her. She is very sweet and supportive.

Now I am only going to see the other two oncologists on an every six months schedule. Sounds good to me.
Next appointment is in July. And it will be here before I know it, the way time is flying by!
I've been taking Arimidex since Feb. 2 and no side effects that I can tell. I was concerned about joint pain but knock on wood I'm OK.
In other news, my hair is growing pretty fast. It's starting to get curly in the back, getting a mind of its own and doing whatever it pleases.
Double yay!

Marvelous! I can't wait to see your new DO! They say it sometimes grows back completely different.
My Dad decided not to do the post-surgery chemo since his pathology came back completely clean... yet his oncologist and surgeon are leaving in his port. It hasn't even been flushed Since November. That can't be good, right?
Seems to me your hair had a mind of its own before it all went away for awhile there! Is it a different color or anything?
Great news on the no side affects with your medication and going to the doctor only twice a year has got to beat going all the time! I'm so glad that you're past all that and steadily on the road to recovery and remission!
