Time for 'chemo light' again, tra la, tra la

Actually I joked to a friend last week that going for the treatments is my only break! My days seem to get pretty busy. So it's relaxing to just sit there and veg out.

My mother is there with me, and she goes to the snack bar in another part of the building and gets us a roll or something to snack on, and there is free coffee...

The doctor will even get it for you! How cool is that.
He seems to get miffed if you don't want any!

{And so my online cancer journey journal doth continue. Thanks for reading.}

I'm glad you seem to be doing so well in your battle against the Big C.

When I used to go for my iron infusions in the same place that others would be getting chemo I used to sit there and wonder what they were thinking of while having all of those chemicals dripping into their veins. It was rather disconcerting and pretty sad as a lot of them them didn't have anyone there with them so I think it's great that your mother goes with you and keeps you company along with a nice roll and coffee. Battling cancer has got to be hard enough but to battle it alone, that just really makes me sad.
