A talented artist friend sent us this Christmas card featuring a print of her watercolor painting of Christmas holly.
I wanted to give her a blogosphere "plug" as I did here in November, and I thought this would work for Ruby Tuesday. Check out Cindy's site, Art by Gilbane.
Visit our hostess, Mary T, at Work of the Poet, to see many more photos featuring a little or a lot of red.

Wow, amazing that your friend was able to paint so well! Thanks for your comment, the picture you asked about is a monkey.
Beautiful picture of what we call Christ-Thorn. They are growing wild in my neighborhood.

Oh wow Patty! I went to Cindy's site and she is a very talented individual.
From flowers to murals and all was just gorgeous work.
You're friend is a brilliant painter. I can't paint for nuts and I really envy those that kind.
Happy Ruby Tuesday :)
She's very talented!
Beautiful Ruby choice ;-)
Love your 'see gull' and the beautiful January beach views too! I've been having trouble visiting because Mozilla keeps crashing. I have a faulty WLAN card it seems.
Hugs and blessings,
Her work is beautiful. You might want to tell her about One World One Heart - the big art-oriented giveaway going on now. You can read more about it on my blog (and enter my photo giveaway too while you're there).
