I just had to take a photo for Shadow Shot Sunday 2 when I saw the sunlight filtering through this bottle of wine yesterday...it reminded me of the photos of colored-glass reflections made famous by Sylvia K. Her trademark photos have inspired me and I thank her!
In the bottom photo you can see some of my reflection in the bottle.

Oh, I love this! Isn't it fun to discover the colored shadows, Patti! Thank you for the shout out! I remember the first time I became aware of a colored shadow! There was a colored glass in the dish drainer and the sun suddenly popped out from behind a cloud and lo and behold! there was a beautifully colored shadow on tile! I was amazed, grabbed the camera and was even more amazed that I actually had captured a colored shadow! Obviously, they've become a bit of obsession, but I do love them!! Enjoy your weekend!

Shadows with color are an added bonus! This is very delicate and lovely.
The first photo seems to not only capture a coloured shadow, but the touch of pattern seems to make it glow! These really are so lovely!

Love these ShadowShots! I was trying to figure out what part of your reflection is in the bottle. Is that your fingers at the top?? Now, I think I will go finish off a bottle of lambrusco that we had started last night! Happy SSS.
