Ruby Tuesday

The leaves are starting to change color here in southern Connecticut. I'm kicking myself that I didn't take this photo looking toward our neighbor's yard yesterday, when the cloudless sky was the most beautiful shade of blue. Today the clouds are upon us.

Not much red, 'tis true, but I had to share this capture from Saturday afternoon.

See many more photos featuring shades of red at Mary T's Work of the Poet. Have a happy Ruby Tuesday!

Don't kick yourself too hard, Patti. I think most of us have missed "the perfect shot. The red leaves look like they might be sumac bushes.

I'm pleased to see you playing this week!

The red leaves do evoke red. Nice one.

The leaves are beautiful, but I got a chuckle from the load on the car!
