~ Dona Nobis Pacem ~

I'm posting a peace globe that I made last year, because I wanted to make sure to participate, in a small way, in Queen Mimi's third anniversary of Blogblast for Peace.

We have a new Macintosh computer, and I've yet to figure out how to create graphics on it.
I had several kind bloggers offer to help me, but I lost track of time and didn't ask for their assistance.

Hanging around with our ever-peaceful kitty cats (they're brothers) calms me and helps me find some peace in my daily life.
I hope you feel the same as you look at these two furry guys 'pawsing' for peace on the windowsill.

Dona Nobis Pacem

Today is BlogBlast for Peace ~ a day for bloggers everywhere to express on a peace globe of their creation their wish for world peace.
It's fitting that it comes on the heels of our Presidential election on Tuesday, for no matter who we supported, I think we all want our lives to be peace-filled.

To participate and to read more about the origins of Blog Blast, visit Mimi, founder of the Peace Globe movement in the blogosphere. She has an entire gallery of peace globes on her blog, sent to her from all over the world. It will inspire you.

~ Dona Nobis Pacem ~

My wish is for world peace for my children and for generations to come.

I have been scrolling through the slide shows and galleries that Mimi,Queen of Memes, has provided and have seen some truly beautiful Peace Globes.

My goal is to learn how to better use technology. I guess it is a lot of trial and error...

Update: My thanks to my hubby Ralph who helped me create my third peace globe, featuring Rigby the Cat (below).

May all of my fellow peace bloggers have a serenity-filled day today, as we participate in Mimi's brilliant creation, this Revolution of Words.
