It's truly more than I ever imagined.
There have been several offers to drive me to and from chemo when Ralph is at work, phone calls, e-mails, a plan to go out tomorrow looking for photo opportunities with my favorite Duchess, hugs, kisses, daffodils...
Last night I went to my first support group meeting. The ladies were wonderful. They ranged from an 18-year breast cancer survivor to an almost two-year survivor.
I met a woman who was diagnosed a few months before I was, and we are both having procedures done Monday morning by the same surgeon.
We joked that we may be roommates Monday night.
We'll see.

friendship, care, concern, hugs, kisses and daffodils... i absolutely love that the 18-year survivor still attends the support group meetings. she's really in it to win it and to help all the other ladies win it, too! Brava! Bellisima!
your photos of those lovely daffodils are sunshine-y and glorious.
I can't wait to see what you and Linda find to photograph!
Big hugs :]
i have never been to a support group, don't know why... but i'll call you tonight!

Ah, so these are the daffodils that you had mentioned yesterday in Ikea. Personally I don't think you needed one of their vases as they look quite lovely in the jar!
And of course you've gotten so much support - we love you and we want to help you through this as much as we can. That's what friends are for!
