Dangler update

I recently wrote about an Albuquerque Dangler I got in a grab bag at a Christmas party. Some people wondered what it was. I finally took it out of the box this morning. These are just some of the dangles involved.

Whatcha think? More to the point, where do I dangle it?
It's too heavy to hang off the Christmas tree, but maybe in the summer I can hang it outside.
