No more lullabyes ...

... no more "Goodnight, Moon."
You see where I am going here. It's a sleep theme today. And I feel like ranting.

Teen-agers!!!
They won't go to bed at night, and they won't get up in the morning.

I actually read or heard somewhere recently that the sleeping habits of teens is actually a physiological phenomenon. I don't remember the details but the report certainly put things into perspective. :~)

I must be reverting to my youth...I have trouble falling asleep at night...oh but wait I'm usually up before my alarm clock goes off at 5:30am. Does that qualify me as 1/2 a teenager?

Joan: I also think I heard that it's a physiological phenomenon.
They should start school an hour later, but no...they accommodate those who have after-school jobs to get to.

Lynn: sure you can qualify as a 1/2 teen-ager.
Sorry you have trouble falling asleep. I have trouble staying awake. :~O

Well if truth be told, I have trouble staying awake in the afternoons, I really need to revert back to infancy and take naps regularly. Boy oh boy, I am getting younger by the minute;~)
